• A user manually deletes their data.

Uploaded files and other data may be retained for an indefinite period, unless explicitly deleted by the user or requested for deletion.

We do not share your data with any third parties. All data is used solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. However, please note that Discord itself processes data to provide the Bot with required functionality.

In the event of a data leak, we are not liable for any damages or consequences.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Bot is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. 9. Bot Permissions

In order to function, the Bot requires certain permissions from your Discord server, including but not limited to:

• Add Reactions: To react to messages when triggered by auto-reaction commands.
• Attach Files: To upload files or media when required.
• Ban Members: To ban users as part of moderation actions.
• Change Nickname: To update the bot’s nickname in your server.
• Embed Links: To send messages with embedded content.
• Kick Members: To kick users as part of moderation actions.
• Manage Channels: To create or manage channels for features like auto-threading.
• Manage Messages: To delete or moderate messages as needed.
• Manage Webhooks: To manage webhooks for logging or other functionalities.
• Mention Everyone: To mention roles or everyone when permitted.
• Mute Members: To mute users as part of moderation actions.
• Read Message History: To access message history for context in AI chat or moderation.
• Send Messages: To respond to users and send messages.
• View Channels: To view and interact with channels in your server.

These permissions are only used for the Bot's intended functionality and will not be misused.
